RETURNS
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't provide you with a refund.
HOW TO GET A REFUND?
- You must make a return request by email to studio@junglejoy.paris.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued over $ 50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The returned item must meet the following conditions:

In its original box
After checking the conformity of the returned product, we undertake to reimburse you to the bank card or Paypal account used for payment within 15 days.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email at studio@junglejoy.paris.
Trades
We do not carry out exchanges via our website. In this case, all you have to do is make a return (as explained above) and then place a new order with the desired item (s).
Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

DELIVERY (modes, price, time)
For any order placed on www.junglejoy.paris, the packages are generally prepared within 24 hours after receipt of your payment, in compliance with the safety and hygiene measures recommended by the Health Authorities in order to ensure everyone's health. We process orders Monday through Saturday. We ship your package within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Delivery times then depend on the selected delivery method.
You will be delivered to the address of your choice when ordering.
